Urgent Requirement Engagement of Support Professionals (IBC Assignments)

We are seeking experienced support professionals (Company Secretaries / Advocates / other professionals) to assist in assignments under the IBC.

The selected professional(s) will provide support in handling IBC matters, including NCLT-related work and statutory compliances.

Eligibility & Experience Requirements:

1) Sound knowledge of the IBC, 2016, and the Rules and Regulations prescribed thereunder

2) Prior experience in handling CIRP processes

3) Hands-on experience in filings and compliances before IBBI, IPA, and NCLT
