- Teach theory and conduct practical sessions across the four modules of MSFC.
- Administer regular tests to monitor student learning and progress.
- Build a positive and strong school culture centered on learning and engagement.
- Conduct parent meetings to build awareness of skill development opportunities.
- Visit external organizations, gather best practices, and integrate learnings into the school curriculum.
Mentoring Students (20% Focus)
- Mentor students to identify trades and vocational areas for specialization.
- Guide students in exploring career opportunities post-Grade X.
- Support students in developing skills aligned with industry demands.
Leading Projects in School (20% Focus)
- Plan and execute projects to enhance student exposure to industry experts and internships.
- Collaborate with external partners and industries to provide hands-on learning experiences.
- Document and share project learnings to improve school programs.
