Associate, SW Packaged Impl

Key Deliverables:

1. Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for the ER/Studio platform.
2. Customize ER/Studio repositories, templates, and metadata to meet organizational needs.
3. Design and implement logical and physical data models using ER/Studio.
4. Integrate ER/Studio with other data tools like Collibra, Snowflake, and SQL-based platforms.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Monitor system performance, addressing bottlenecks and downtime.
2. Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and document system changes.
3. Train and support end-users on utilizing ER/Studio features effectively.
4. Manage version control and repository synchronization for data models.
