As an associate strategy and analytics, we are looking for a highly analytically driven mind. We are looking for a math/statistics wizard who knows the art & science of data analysis and presenting the data so that it is simple, visually appealing and actionable. Someone who can live, breathe and speak numbers and data analysis. Identify what has to be analyzed and why and then create a data analytics approach including data collection, data analysis using statistical techniques, and presenting the key findings. Candidate should be able to analyze data from disparate sources and then turn it into strategic advantage.
An ideal candidate will possess following:
1. A degree or strong inclination in statistics and mathematics
2. Highly developed skills for problem solving and strategic thinking
3. MBA from a top-tier school with an engineering degree
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Result oriented and ready to take ownership
6. Ability to collaborate across departments
7. Prior experience in E-Commerce, retail, or FMCGs preferred
8. Ability to synthesize data and present in actionable manner
9. This role requires working directly with senior management team
