A leading global investment platform is seeking an Associate to support strategic investor relations and executive office initiatives across its alternative investments business.

The role focuses on preparing executive-level materials, relationship intelligence, portfolio summaries, and strategic reporting for senior stakeholders, helping drive informed decision-making and relationship management across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare executive briefing materials, relationship profiles, and stakeholder intelligence reports
• Develop presentations, portfolio summaries, and strategic business updates for senior leadership
• Support investor-related initiatives through research, reporting, and relationship analysis
• Create and quality-review high-impact deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation standards
• Analyse investment, fundraising, and business information to produce concise, actionable insights
• Prepare relationship mapping, coverage analyses, and executive reporting materials
• Support strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives across investment and business teams
• Assist with process documentation, reporting enhancements, and operational improvements
• Partner closely with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality executive communications and reporting

Key Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
• 1-4 years of experience within Private Equity, Investor Relations, Fundraising Support, Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Alternative Investments
• Exposure to investor reporting, performance reporting, fundraising materials, LP reporting, or management reporting preferred
• Strong understanding of financial statements, investment concepts, and private markets environments
• Excellent written communication and presentation development skills
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
