HR Analytics & Reporting Analyst (Gurgaon, India) (CLOSED)

A leading global organisation is seeking an HR Analytics & Reporting Analyst to support people reporting, workforce analytics, and HR operational processes.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with large datasets, analysing workforce trends, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting business stakeholders through meaningful HR insights and reporting.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing HR data, supporting reporting activities, responding to stakeholder requests, and helping drive operational excellence within a global HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyse workforce data covering headcount, attrition, hires, transfers, and employee movements
• Prepare and validate HR reports, dashboards, and management information packs
• Support stakeholders by responding to HR-related reporting and data requests
• Review, reconcile, and maintain HR data integrity across systems and reports
• Assist with workforce analytics and people-related reporting initiatives
• Manage and prioritise employee and stakeholder enquiries through internal service platforms
• Support process improvements, reporting enhancements, and HR systems initiatives
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and operational reporting
• Collaborate with internal HR teams and business stakeholders to support decision-making

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline
• About 2-4 years of experience in HR Reporting, HR Analytics, People Analytics, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services
• Good understanding of HR metrics including headcount, attrition, hires, and workforce reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience handling large datasets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Experience with HR systems, reporting tools, or service management platforms would be advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
