We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Associate/Sr. Associate Outreach. The ideal candidates will play a key role in generating, identifying, and qualifying leads to create sales opportunities with both new and existing clients. This position requires a blend of strong communication, relationship-building, and goal-oriented sales skills, with a focus on promoting our educational services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach to prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to promote the organization's services.
Understand and analyze the needs of clients and offer appropriate solutions tailored to their educational and professional goals.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by acquiring new clients and developing existing client relationships.
Leverage various B2B and B2C channels to generate and nurture leads effectively.
Represent the organization at events, institutions, and partner meetings as part of outreach initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date records of all outreach activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
During off-school/colleges season, efficiently make 100120 calls per day to maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Guide individual clients through the entire journey from the first interaction to successful closure.
Actively generate and nurture referral business to expand outreach opportunities.
Candidate Specifications:
Educational Qualification: Graduate (preferably from an education, marketing, or business background).
Experience: 13 years (prior sales, outreach, or ed-tech experience preferred, especially in study abroad).
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Google/MS Sheets and MS Excel.
Willingness to work in a performance-driven, target-based environment.
Must be open to regular travel as part of outreach efforts.
Location: Delhi/Chandigarh
Candidates should be open to traveling across India and internationally as per organizational requirements.
Work Schedule:
Note: Employees will be required to work flexibly as per client needs. The same will be compensated through time-off.
