What will you do

  • Program Delivery & Execution

Lead end-to-end delivery of corporate and international accelerator programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, KPIs, and agreed outcomes.

  • Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary SPOC for corporate clients, international partners, and startups; manage communication, relationship building, and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Startup Engagement & Support

Facilitate startup onboarding, mentorship coordination, and problem-statement matching; track startup progress and ensure measurable program outcomes.

  • Documentation & Reporting

Maintain structured program documentation including reports, trackers, and case studies; ensure compliance with T-Hub templates, SOPs, and client reporting standards.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Issue Resolution

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, partnerships, operations, legal) and handle first-level escalations using structured and solution-oriented approaches.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Master's in Management / International Business / Innovation (preferred, not mandatory).

Experience:

  • 1-3 years in program or project Management roles in innovation, consulting, or corporate innovation teams.
  • Client- and stakeholder-facing roles within accelerators, incubators, or ecosystem development organizations.
  • Experience in startup engagement, corporate partnerships, or international collaboration programs.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Monday.com, or MS Project.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
