Job Description

  • Support buyside and sellside financial due diligence mandates, including QoE reviews, revenue/EBITDA analysis, working capital assessments, and cash flow diagnostics.
  • Analyse financial statements, management reports, and transaction materials to identify key trends, risks, and value drivers.
  • Prepare polished, clientready deliverables such as data books, schedules, QoE bridges, and executive summaries.
  • Contribute to synergy evaluation, carveout assessments, and integration-related analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with U.S. deal teams and engage in client conversations as needed.
  • Manage multiple concurrent engagements while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
  • Mentor analysts and support ongoing team development.
  • Assist in research, business development materials, and thought leadership initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-12 years of experience in FDD / Transaction Advisory / Deals, ideally with exposure to private equity or crossborder transactions.
  • Strong command of financial analysis, Excelbased modelling, and management data interpretation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for producing clientready outputs.
  • High degree of ownership, resilience under pressure, and the ability to thrive in fastpaced deal environments.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA (Finance).
  • Proactive, collaborative, and excited to contribute within a highgrowth, entrepreneurial setup.
