Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Speech-Language Pathologist role based in Borivali West, Mumbai. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. The Associate Speech-Language Pathologist will develop personalized therapy plans, provide treatment for conditions such as speech and language disorders, and collaborate with patients, families, and other professionals to monitor progress and provide guidance. Administrative tasks and maintaining client records may also be required.
Qualifications
- Skills in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention for varying age groups
- Experience with Dysphagia and proficiency in managing swallowing disorders
- Knowledge of Communication Disorders and strategies to address them effectively
- Understanding and management of Language Disorders across different populations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualifications such as Bachelor's or Master's in Speech language pathology.
- RCI registration
- Experience working with diverse patient populations is a plus
- Fluency in Hindi, English , Understanding marathi is a plus.
