We have created a culture that enables talent to flourish, encouraging entrepreneurship, fostering team spirit, and continually building mutual trust.Job Summary:The MSP Admin is responsible for providing end-to-end backend operational support within the Vendor Management System (VMS) for contingent workforce management. The role ensures smooth execution of pre-boarding and post-onboarding activities while maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across the worker lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Manage requisition creation, updates, and closures in the VMS on behalf of hiring managersSupport pre-boarding activities including interview scheduling, work order creation, onboarding documentation, and background check coordinationHandle end-to-end worker lifecycle activities such as onboarding, contract extensions, manager changes, cost center updates, and offboardingManage timesheet submissions, expense approvals, and invoice validations within the VMSEnsure accuracy and completeness of VMS data, maintaining proper documentation and compliance recordsCoordinate with suppliers to ensure timely submissions, documentation, and timecard entriesPerform mailbox management and respond to queries from vendors and internal stakeholdersGenerate and maintain basic operational reports, including tracking of onboarded and offboarded workersSupport the program team with onboarding activities including new hires and supplier transitionsWork Experience:2-3 years of experience in a Customer Service production setting requiredPrevious experience in staffing related industry preferredFieldglass tool experience requiredKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExperience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially advanced Excel skills (data tracking, reporting, and analysis)Good understanding of contingent workforce processes and lifecycle managementStrong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and complianceExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and coordination skills with vendors and internal stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently while adhering to program guidelinesIs this the job for you We would love to hear from you!
