Job Overview
Perform Finish product testing, raw material testing in shift as per defined procedure and product compliance with material specification.
Correction for color product formulation as per instruction for quality team.
Testing Equipment operation as per procedure, calibration and ensuring quality standards for all incoming material inspection, pre-dispatch inspection and online inspection.
To ensure all products produced in the facilities meeting required quality standard and Maintain 5S and VM in plant.
Responsibilities
- Ensure follow up the testing SOP with co-ordination with concern department
- Check Calibration status of all measuring instruments.
- Customer complaint redressal Suggestion
- Assist to Team Leader for Implementation of ISO System
- Update test results in documentation of all Quality records and online Sample manager.
- Testing equipment trouble shooting and reporting.
- Color correction to meet the specification
- Take active participation in plant safety, quality and productivity improvement and celebration events.
- Coordination with plant operator and Team caption for any quality issues or product not meeting the specifications for prompt actions.
10, Follow Non-conforming product disposition with coordination with plant operator.
- Work with production team for getting the defined output in shift by performing the multiple activity, like plant operation, packing, and batch preparation, etc.
- Actively participation in 5S and Visual management activity.
- Monitor and verification of process condition and reports the abnormality to meet the product specifications.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Plastic Processing / Material Science or Diploma Or bachelor's degree in engineering.
