We are looking for a Candidate Engagement Specialist to join our Finance Capability Center team.

Job Description:

Objective

The primary objective of the Candidate Engagement Specialist is to ensure candidates progress from initial awareness through the app download, registration and onboarding process increasing the volume of ready to work talent, improving client order fill rates and talent loyalty measures. This is achieved by:

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Duties and Responsibilities:

Description

% of Time Spent

Handle, redirect, or escalate inbound talent communication via phone call, texting, and emails

Encourage candidates to self select and match to jobs presented 80%

Document all activity and communication in Randstad Front office systems (service desktop). 10%

Participate and prepare for 1 on 1s with your leader, huddle meetings and quality audits 5%

Execute the Randstad operation model as a best practice and contribute to the overall productivity of Operational Talent Solutions 5%

Education:

Min/Preferred

Education Level Description

Minimum Graduation or above Graduation or above in any discipline

Work Experience:

4 6 At least 4 years of inbound calling and business experience with a minimum of one year in recruitment (preferably), payroll and customer service.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Proficient and diverse technical skills for performing specific tasks and data accuracy

Experience in multitasking, prioritizing work, and effective time management skills

Agility to adjust to the flux and flow of a high volume and high pressure environment

Problem analysis and problem-solving skills with good judgment to determine appropriate solution and make decisions quickly

Ability to adapt quickly to changes in procedures, products, or systems to ensure up-to-date knowledge and effective service delivery.

Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and high energy level throughout the shift to meet productivity goals.
