Responsibilities
- Translate functional requirements into technical architecture and design
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end modules with cloud technologies
- Collaborate with scientists and cross-functional teams for solution alignment
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to ensure smooth lab operations
- Design, develop, and maintain scientific software applications and LIMS platforms
- Integrate systems with cloud-based and event-driven architectures for data exchange
- Implement automated testing, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines for quality delivery
- Support research scientists through scalable full-stack solutions and documentation
