Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable software systems using modern architectures such as microservices, serverless, and event-driven systems.
- Drive the creation of High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for complex features and platforms.
- Build and optimize backend and/or frontend services using technologies such as .NET, Go, Java, Node.js, React, or Angular.
- Contribute to architectural decisions related to scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Guide development teams through best practices in system design, coding standards, code reviews, and testing.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering leaders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) and evaluate emerging technologies for future product improvements.
- Mentor engineers and help elevate the technical capabilities of the team.
- Support DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud initiatives to improve deployment automation and system reliability.
- Champion Agile development practices and continuous improvement across engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- 9 12 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience building and scaling enterprise-grade or SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design principles (SOLID, design patterns, domain-driven design).
- Hands-on experience with modern backend or frontend frameworks.
- Experience designing distributed systems and scalable architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced product environments.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Experience with serverless technologies, containerization, and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation testing frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
