Associate Software Development Engineer - Automation & Platforms

Role Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and investigate issues in Windows, VMware, and HyperV environments.
• Execute kernel patching and storage additions per database requirements.
• Automate routine monitoring tasks using scripting tools.
• Escalate unresolved issues to L3 SMEs and coordinate with third-party vendors during troubleshooting.
• Maintain process compliance by updating tickets, generating shift handover reports, and tracking SLA adherence.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in Engineering or Science.
• Certifications in OS 201, Windows Server Administration, and VMware Virtualization (VMware-201) preferred.
• Hands-on experience in system troubleshooting, antivirus management, and scripting.
• Strong understanding of clustering concepts, including Windows NLB and Clustering.
