Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Software Developer (Fresher) who is eager to learn and build real-world applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in programming concepts, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining web or software applications.
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues.
- Learn new technologies and frameworks as required by the project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, and senior developers.
- Follow company coding standards and best practices.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java / Python / JavaScript / C++.
- Understanding of OOPS concepts and Data Structures.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic frontend/backend concepts.
- Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
- Basic understanding of Git/version control.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BE / BTech / BCA / MCA / BSc IT or related field.
- Internship or academic project experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of frameworks like React, Node.js .
- Exposure to APIs and basic deployment concepts.
