This role is for someone who spends time discovering cool brands, travel creators, wedding pages, art-led hotels, hidden stays, and viral Reels before everyone else does.

At jüSTa Hotels & Resorts, you won't just manage social media. You'll help shape how people experience our brands online through creators, campaigns, shoots, collaborations, and storytelling.

And yes, this role can take you to wildlife lodges, mountain resorts, weddings, luxury stays, and on-ground shoots across India.

What You'll Work On

• Develop content ideas across travel, wildlife, weddings, art, and culture
• Plan and execute Reels, YouTube content, and social-first campaigns
• Identify, outreach, and manage creator collaborations across travel, lifestyle, and wedding niches
• Use AI tools for ideation, video creation, and staying ahead of how social storytelling is evolving
• Track performance and feed insights back into content decisions
