We are looking for a smart, results-oriented Associate - Site Merchandising to be a part of growing our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing best in class site merchandising strategies. This role is based in Bangalore.
As an Associate Site Merchandiser you will ensure that customer experience and expectations are set and met to a high standard. You will execute and schedule content on gateway, category pages, and pages across the site, merchandize emails and optimize content based on the instructions/inputs shared by senior Site Merchandisers. You will also report on performance data to the larger team. You will be involved in coordinating with the category managers, designers, and other editors in similar roles across the business. You will also work on multiple projects across Category Programs.
Key job responsibilities
Assist execution of the plan as per site merchandising calendar.
. Coordinate with multiple teams to develop relevant, thorough creative content for the site
. Running and analyzing proof of performance reports
. Synthesize and analyze relevant content metrics
. Learning and scaling up on merchandising tools and widgets
. Assist in developing merchandising for large scale promotions/ events, and work closely with category managers and merchandising team to schedule promotions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, merchandising
- -Knowledge of general AI tools
- - Comfortable with data tools (Excel, basic SQL)
