Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Drive lead generation and nurturing initiatives using performance marketing and automation tools.
  • Create and manage content calendars and posting schedules across LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Monitor engagement, performance, and trends; adapt strategies to grow the community.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and relevant social content.

Website Management

  • Own website content strategy, updates, UX improvements, SEO, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and publish articles, case studies, etc.
  • Coordinate with developers and designers for technical and creative enhancements.
  • Ensure website uptime, security, and optimal page speed.

Content & Creative Development

  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, videos, case studies, and presentations.
  • Write, edit, and oversee high-quality content aligned with brand voice and business objectives.
  • Brief and manage creative resources including designers, video editors, and agencies.
  1. Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs across campaigns, website, and social media platforms.
  • Utilize insights from Google Analytics and social media analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Recommend actionable strategies based on campaign and content performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in digital and integrated marketing roles.
  • Proven experience with website CMS, SEO tools, and performance marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, social media insights, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
