Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Campaign, Content & GTM Execution

Contribute to campaign planning by suggesting tactical improvements, managing A/B tests, and refining messaging based on performance insights

  • Research, Reporting & Competitive Analysis

Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to derive actionable insights, support pricing/positioning recommendations, and contribute to detailed performance reporting

  • Content Creation & Messaging

Collaborate in developing and refining product messaging frameworks, ensuring tailored content for segmented audiences, and iterating based on feedback

  • Experimentation, Optimization & Metric Tracking

Contribute to the design and analysis of experiments, derive insights from testing results, and recommend adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness and user journeys

  • CrossFunctional & Stakeholder Collaboration

Facilitate collaboration among crossfunctional teams, ensuring that marketing efforts are closely aligned with product updates and design requirements

  • Lifecycle Management, Customer Adoption & Strategic Growth

Assist in developing targeted strategies for customer segmentation, feature adoption, and retention through tactical contributions and data analysis

  • Pricing & Packaging Strategy

Contribute market research insights to help refine pricing models and packaging strategies in alignment with competitive trends

  • Media Buying & Digital Advertising

Provide insights to optimize media buying tactics based on campaign performance, and help adjust digital ad placements for better ROI

  • Feature Ownership & Product Adoption

Drive the development and refinement of marketing strategies for product features, leveraging segmentation and feedback to optimize adoption rates

  • Team Leadership & Innovation

Mentor junior team members and actively support the development of innovative marketing approaches within tactical projects.

Skills Required

  • Experience - You have 0-4 of overall work experience, 2-4+ years of relevant experience in marketing/product/online customer success in a technology company or startup.
  • Leadership Qualities - Have the ability to collaborate and build relationships and influence decisions at multiple levels of an organization. Thrive in a robust environment and align available resources to a common goal
  • Creative Mindset - Have a passion for technology, and a keen eye to identify opportunity in an ever-changing landscape. Have strong analytical skills geared towards iterative solution of user problems based with data
  • Problem Solving - Proactive in your approach to problem solving and navigating ambiguity and complexity
  • Logical Approach - Think quick on your feet and can derive actionable insights based on information available, you are an expert communicator who can lead and manage relationships across organizational boundaries and vendor relationships
