About The Role
We're seeking a results-driven
Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bing, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance marketing, app promotion, retention strategies, and a deep understanding of analytics tools to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, UAC, Display), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Bing, and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research, run A/B tests, and create high-performing ad creatives and copy.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Manage mobile app tracking and attribution through MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, Adjust, or Branch.
- Execute retention marketing campaigns using platforms like CleverTap, WebEngage, and WhatsApp Marketing.
- Generate actionable insights and performance reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals and stay current with digital marketing trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing performance campaigns on major digital platforms.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, campaign optimization, and reporting.
- Experience with mobile app marketing and user acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with retention tools and engagement platforms is a plus.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar are preferred.
