As an SEO, you will be responsible for conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and implementing on-page and technical SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings. You will optimize website content for search intent, relevance, and conversions; while ensuring proper meta tags, headings, internal linking, and URL structures are in place.
Job Responsibilities
· Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
· Execute on-page SEO optimization (meta titles, descriptions, headings, URL structure, internal linking)
· Optimize website content for search intent, relevance, and conversion
· Perform technical SEO audits (indexing, crawlability, site speed, mobile usability, schema, canonicalization)
· Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
· Track rankings, traffic, and conversions; identify trends and improvement areas
· Manage backlink analysis and implement ethical link-building strategies
· Coordinate with content, development, and marketing teams for SEO implementation
· Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with insights and recommendations
· Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices
Job Requirements
· 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO or digital marketing
· Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, technical)
· Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Understanding of content marketing and conversion optimization
· Experience with international SEO or e-commerce SEO is a plus
