Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Nagpur. The Associate will engage in supporting client interactions to address questions, manage account activities, and ensure satisfaction with services. Team collaboration and timely reporting of activities will be integral to the day-to-day responsibilities of the role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in equity, derivatives, commodity, and mutual fund
• Strong understanding of financial planning, investments, and financial decision-making
• Excellent communication, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and strategic financial analysis
• Proficiency with financial tools and technologies, and familiarity with trading platforms
• Problem-solving skills along with a detail-oriented and client-focused approach
• Relevant degrees or certifications in finance, economics, business management, or equivalent
• Experience with fintech solutions, APIs, or financial software development is a plus
• NISM Series 8, 6, 3, or 16 certification is preferred. Candidates who do not hold any of these certifications must complete at least one prior to joining.
