Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end business processes for the Sales team, including Account Management, Lead Flow Management, CRM Data Management. Manage and implement process changes based on evolving business requirements in the above areas
-Ensure data integrity and governance so that Sales has access to accurate, reliable information
-Handle requests from the Sales team, analyze them, and provide optimized, robust solutions
-Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute lead flow management strategy for new marketing campaigns
-Identify opportunities to automate and optimize processes
-Create reports and dashboards for Sales management to track team performance and KPIs
-Ensure timely process deliverables and perform quality checks to maintain accurate data uploads and assignments
Eligibility:
- 3-6 months experience in CRM (preferably salesforce.com)
- 0.6-1 year of work experience
- In-depth knowledge of MS-Excel
- Salesforce reporting standardization
- Lead flow management and automation
- Data sync and data integrity framework
- Excellent analytical and logical skills
- Good Sales/Marketing process knowledge
- Attention to detail, deadline focus and ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree required
- Good communication skills (English written and spoken)
