Job Description



Primary focus is to drive Student Conversion from the region assigned. Maintaining good relation with the partners by calling them, assisting them on Course Finder.ai Co-ordinating with them on regular basis. Working closely with Business Units, Finance Team.

Ensuring assigned Target is achieved.


Work Responsibilities :

  • Driving Student Conversion from Assigned Region
  • Timely onboarding of the leads and ensuring that these leads are well verse with Course Finder.ai platform
  • Timely collection of the invoice from the assigned partners

Required Skill-Set :

  • Acumen to understand the details of Onboarding new Associates
  • Communication with the Interdepartmental and Outside Stake holders on Mail and Verbally
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and Mailing required.
  • Acumen to understand the importance of Communication of promotional activities to coordinate with the design team to prepare creatives
Job requirements

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate with minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales/ Inside Sales
  • Must be a highly motivated individual with a positive, can-do approach to problem-solving
  • Should be good in Excel, Mailing within and outside the organization.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Should be adept in functioning independently with minimal guidance
  • Must have secured 60% and above in SSC, HSC Bachelors
  • Should be able to collaborate with the team and work as per the assigned tasks
