Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Time Zone - 7:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. IST (Remote)

Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator will work closely with our sales representatives and marketing team. The role includes calling clients, maintaining data, scheduling meetings, and assisting in overall sales coordination.

Training will be provided by our in-house sales team before you begin handling tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound marketing and sales calls to potential clients.

Follow up with existing leads and maintain regular communication.

Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, meetings, and client interactions.

Update and manage CRM sheets, documentation, and daily reports.

Assist the sales team with sales and marketing coordination tasks.

Support the team in ensuring smooth workflow and timely follow-ups.

Maintain professionalism and clear communication on calls and emails.

Requirements

Graduation in any field

Excellent verbal communication skills (English)

Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).

Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records.

Comfortable with outbound calling.

Must be available to work in the EST time zone (7 p.m.2 a.m. IST).

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Minimum 6 months experience in sales support or telecalling is a must.
