Job Description:

Policybazaar is hiring for Inside sales and Self FOS (Field Officer Sales) professionals to work on 100% company-generated leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on company-provided leads only (No cold calling)
• Connect with customers over calls to understand their insurance requirements
• Schedule and attend customer meetings to explain products
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales
• Maintain follow-ups to ensure timely policy closure
• Update lead and sales details in CRM

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience (Insurance/Banking preferred)
• Two-wheeler & Valid Driving License is mandatory
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with target-driven sales and field visits
