About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Associate to join our team for a large-scale Temple project. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building design, planning and technical design, along with hands-on expertise in Revit and AutoCAD.

Candidates with experience in large-scale Temple projects will be highly preferred. Experience in other large-scale, landmark or major mixed-use developments will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead building design and planning for large-scale projects from concept through detailed design and construction documentation.
• Develop practical and technically sound design solutions and reviewplans
• Prepare and review detailed drawings and construction documentation.
• Coordinate design with Structural, MEP, Façade, Landscape, and other specialist consultants.
• Review drawings and BIM models for design quality, technical accuracy and coordination.
• Resolve design and technical issues with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Coordinate and maintain design intent throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with the BIM team on Revit models and BIM deliverables.
• Guide junior team members and support overall project delivery.

Candidate Profile

• B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognised institution.
• 8-13 years of relevant experience in a design consultancy.
• Proven experience handling large-scale building projects.
• Large-scale Temple project experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in landmark or major mixed-use developments will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of building design, planning, technical design and construction documentation.
• Experience in multidisciplinary design coordination.
• Ability to independently handle significant design packages and project deliverables.

Technical Skills

• Revit - Mandatory
• AutoCAD - Mandatory
• Strong understanding of BIM and Revit workflows.
• Experience in multidisciplinary model coordination.
• Strong understanding of building detailing, construction methods and technical interfaces.
