We are seeking a motivated Associate, Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services to existing clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on client interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients requirements.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in client management or relationship management roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to analyze client data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Problem-solving skills to address client issues proactively and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
