Description

The Analyst, Virtual Relationship Manager will play a key role in supporting the Consumer Banking Group by analyzing customer data, providing insights, and assisting in the development of strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer data to understand trends and preferences in consumer banking.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer relationships and services.
  • Support the Virtual Relationship Manager team in developing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns aimed at consumer banking products.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and retention.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of consumer banking products and services is a plus.
