Job Title: Associate Regional Manager – QSR
Location: Hyderabad
Budget: 15–18 LPA

Role Summary:
The Associate Regional Manager – QSR will be responsible for driving sales growth, business expansion, partner management and execution excellence across the assigned territory, with Hyderabad as the base location. The role requires strong experience in the QSR / food service ecosystem, the ability to manage area or city teams, and ownership of revenue, account relationships and market development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive regional sales and business growth for QSR channels across the assigned geography, with ownership of volume, value and market share targets.
Manage and support Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Executives and other field teams to ensure strong execution and target achievement.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies for franchise outlets, key accounts, institutional QSR partners and growth channels as applicable.
Build strong relationships with franchise partners, large outlet owners, regional decision‑makers and key business stakeholders.
Identify new market opportunities, expansion pockets and high‑potential accounts to strengthen the brand's presence in Hyderabad and nearby markets.
Track sales performance, productivity, secondary sales, collections and outlet‑wise business metrics, and drive corrective action where required.
Work closely with operations, supply chain and marketing teams to ensure product availability, campaign execution and service consistency across the region.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, local promotions and new outlet development, and share market intelligence with leadership.
Review team capability, conduct field coaching, and ensure regular performance reviews, training and succession planning.
Prepare periodic business reviews and present sales performance, growth opportunities and action plans to regional or zonal leadership.
Candidate Profile
Graduation in any discipline; MBA in Sales, Marketing or Business Management is preferred.
8–12 years of experience in QSR, food service, FMCG or HoReCa sales, with strong experience in handling multi‑city or regional business responsibilities.
Prior experience in roles such as Area Sales Manager, Regional Key Account Manager, City Sales Manager or equivalent within QSR / food service is preferred.
Strong understanding of franchise management, key account handling, channel development and sales team leadership.
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth, distribution expansion and market development in high‑velocity food or restaurant formats.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Good command of MS Excel, reporting tools and CRM / SFA platforms.
Hyderabad market exposure is preferred; openness to regular travel is required.
Compensation & Other Details
CTC: 15–18 LPA, depending on current CTC, relevance of QSR experience and team handling exposure.
Location: Hyderabad, with travel across assigned territory as required.
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred; candidates with notice period up to 30 days can be considered.
