Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Recruitment and Development Manager, located in Hyderabad. The role involves recruiting and onboarding candidates, designing and delivering training programs, and fostering professional development within the organization. The manager will work closely with team members to ensure alignment with company goals, develop strategies to enhance workforce engagement, and contribute to achieving business objectives in the insurance domain.

- Experience in recruiting with a good understanding of talent acquisition processes.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, including best practices, policies, and regulatory standards.
- Leadership abilities, problem-solving aptitude, and a results-driven approach.
- A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
