Position: Associate Recruiter
Location: Gurugram
Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Executive Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both tech and non-tech positions. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle and possess excellent communication skills.
What you will do:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, to onboarding.
Talent Sourcing: Use job boards, social media platforms, networking, and other creative sourcing methods to identify top candidates.
Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate and schedule interviews, and assess candidates qualifications against job requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies.
Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Extend job offers, manage salary negotiations, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Reporting & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics, provide regular updates, and suggest improvements to recruitment strategies based on data.
What we are looking for:
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in both tech and non-tech roles.
Sourcing Expertise: Strong proficiency in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
