Job Description

  • Source and screen 100+ candidate profiles daily using internal database, job portals, and social media platforms
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate communication, qualifications, and job fit
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Follow up with shortlisted candidates to ensure walk-in attendance
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and status sheets
  • Support senior recruiters with bulk hiring drives and walk-in event
  • Build a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future job openings

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Basic understanding of recruitment cycle (training will be provided)
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
  • Confidence to speak to 100+ candidates daily
