- Source and screen 100+ candidate profiles daily using internal database, job portals, and social media platforms
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate communication, qualifications, and job fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates to ensure walk-in attendance
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and status sheets
- Support senior recruiters with bulk hiring drives and walk-in event
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future job openings
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Basic understanding of recruitment cycle (training will be provided)
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- Confidence to speak to 100+ candidates daily
