Job Summary
IMS People is hiring Associate Recruiters to support hiring for US-based clients. We welcome candidates with BPO/KPO, customer service, or back-office experience, even if they do not have prior US recruitment experience. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions
- Source and screen candidates using job portals, databases, and referrals
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assessments
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and trackers
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
Eligibility & Skills
- Bachelor's degree (any stream)
- BPO/KPO, customer service, or recruitment experience preferred
- US recruitment experience not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Willingness to work in US night shift
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
