Role Summary

Associate Recruiter (Sourcer)

• Availability: Immediate joiners or by last week of Jan / latest by 2nd Feb
• Nature of Role: Purely a Sourcer role

Must-Have Requirements

• Industry Background: Must Have Sanitary ware or bathroom ware
• Experience: 14 years relevant to recruitment
• Recruitment Type: Direct sourcing background
• Work Model: Hybrid 3 days from client office in Gurgaon
• Attitude: Positive and proactive
• Recruitment Experience: Non-IT hiring experience preferred
• Domestic PAN India Hiring
• Sourcing portals hands on experience
• Familiarity using ATS- preferred
• Excellent Comms skills

In pursuit of this, we are seeking to hire a confident, smart & experienced Associate Recruiter with a strong foot holding into Sourcing majorly for Non-IT based roles (majorly into sales space etc.) to support & deliver our client's talent needs. Working as an integral part of our team, the purpose of this role would entail the ideal candidate to be responsible for the Sourcing part of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing candidates to check for fitment against the roles for the client.
