LOCATION: Chennai

EXPERIENCE: 2–3 years post-qualification

QUALIFICATION: Law degree from a recognised university

LANGUAGES: Proficiency in English and Tamil is mandatory

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Associate to join our Real Estate Practice. This role involves direct client interaction and on-ground responsibilities in Chennai.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct title due diligence and prepare title reports

• Draft and review sale deeds, lease deeds, JDAs, POAs, and related agreements

• Advise on land acquisitions, structuring, and compliance

• Coordinate with clients and local authorities
