Roles & Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing on our products/services to identify defects, bugs, and performance issues
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate product functionality and performance
• Document and track issues, defects, and test results, and communicate findings to the development team

Continuous Improvement:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand project requirements and objectives
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the overall quality of our products/services

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure that our products/services meet industry and regulatory compliance standards
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging quality assurance trends, and apply them to our processes

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare clear and detailed test reports and documentation for management and team members
• Maintain a comprehensive record of test cases, test results, and quality assessment data

Testing Tools and Automation:

• Utilize testing tools and, where applicable, implement test automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the quality assurance process

This Project Requires:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related field)
• Proven 4+ Years of experience as a Quality Analyst or in a similar quality assurance role
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to the company's field
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages is a plus
