Role Overview
We are seeking a Associate Quality Analyst to support a US Healthcare platform. This role focuses on validating data-driven web applications and workflow-based systems in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, solid testing fundamentals, and the ability to learn healthcare workflows quickly.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute functional, integration, and regression test cases
- Validate workflow-driven web applications
- Perform database validation using SQL queries
- Test data integrity and rule-based processing logic
- Identify and document defects clearly with reproducible steps
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Support UAT and production validation as needed
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in software testing
- Strong experience in functional and regression testing
- Good working knowledge of SQL for database validation
- Experience testing web applications
- Familiarity with SDLC and STLC processes
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
- Exposure to US Healthcare systems or regulated domains
- Understanding of claims lifecycle or revenue cycle workflows
- Basic API testing knowledge
- Exposure to automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium or similar tools)
- Basic understanding of automated test case design and maintenance
- Awareness of balancing manual and automated test coverage
- Python scripting exposure
