About Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Project Manager to support delivery across data analytics and engineering initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are serious about building a career in project management and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Technical Leads, and cross-functional teams while supporting Agile delivery practices across ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support planning, execution, and tracking of projects across data analytics and engineering teams
  2. Assist in running Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  3. Track tasks, dependencies, risks, and issues using project management tools (PMIS)
  4. Maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and meeting notes
  5. Coordinate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure clarity on requirements and timelines
  6. Follow up on action items and help remove basic execution-level blockers
  7. Support Agile transformation initiatives by adhering to Scrum / Agile principles and best practices

Must-Have Qualifications:

  1. 6 months to 5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or related roles.
  2. Candidates with lower experience are expected to have formal exposure to project management through:
  3. Certifications such as PM Certificate by Google, CAPM, PMI-ACP, and Scrum-related
  4. Relevant coursework, training programs, or academic projects.
  5. Foundational understanding of Agile and Scrum (terminology, ceremonies, roles, artifacts)
  6. Hands-on exposure to at least one Project Management / Work Management tool (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, MS Project, Trello, etc.)
  7. Comfortable working with technical teams (data engineers, analysts, developers)
  8. Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  9. Skilled at probing effectively to obtain clear, accurate, and actionable information.
  10. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
