Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Implementation:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships and provide architectural-level guidance and subject matter expertise.
- Conduct scheduled meetings with customers, including kick-off, weekly checkpoints, and wrap-ups.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to Product Management and Engineering teams.
Project Planning & Execution:
- Prepare, plan, schedule, and track all implementation activities.
- Manage project scope, resourcing, budgeting, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate internal resources (Engineering, PSO) critical to implementation success.
- Create or improve implementation contracts, templates, success criteria methodologies, and presentations.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders before, during, and after each implementation.
- Manage onshore/offshore project teams effectively.
- Mentor and guide team members where applicable.
Process & Analysis:
- Apply project management best practices and tools for efficient execution.
- Analyze business requirements and ensure alignment with technical solutions.
- Adjust project plans dynamically to meet evolving customer and business needs.
