Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Implementation:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Foster strong relationships and provide architectural-level guidance and subject matter expertise.
  • Conduct scheduled meetings with customers, including kick-off, weekly checkpoints, and wrap-ups.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay insights to Product Management and Engineering teams.

Project Planning & Execution:

  • Prepare, plan, schedule, and track all implementation activities.
  • Manage project scope, resourcing, budgeting, and progress tracking.
  • Coordinate internal resources (Engineering, PSO) critical to implementation success.
  • Create or improve implementation contracts, templates, success criteria methodologies, and presentations.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders before, during, and after each implementation.
  • Manage onshore/offshore project teams effectively.
  • Mentor and guide team members where applicable.

Process & Analysis:

  • Apply project management best practices and tools for efficient execution.
  • Analyze business requirements and ensure alignment with technical solutions.
  • Adjust project plans dynamically to meet evolving customer and business needs.
