Job Reference:

Job Description Summary-

Owns the financial operations and revenue execution of multiple enterprise AI data programs (510 concurrently). Acts as the single point of accountability for revenue recognition, billing & invoicing, vendor and rater payments, and financial reporting accuracy. Partners closely with Finance, Delivery PMs, and Ops leadership to ensure enterprise programs are financially healthy, compliant, and scalable.

Note: The working hours will be from 5:00 PM IST to 1:00 AM IST (remote role).

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Financial Operations-

Own revenue recognition inputs per program; validate volume, rates, acceptance criteria, and timing in partnership with Finance

Prepare and validate billing and invoicing artifacts (monthly, milestone-based, or usage-based)

Ensure contracts, SOWs, and pricing models are correctly operationalized in delivery.

Payments & Compensation Oversight-

Own operational accuracy of rater, vendor, and contractor payments

Partner with Ops and Finance to resolve payment discrepancies, disputes, or tooling gaps

Ensure rate cards, bonuses, incentives, and special payments are correctly applied

Program Financial Health-

Maintain program-level financial trackers covering revenue, cost, margin, and payment status

Produce clear financial summaries for Ops leadership and enterprise reviews

Support audits, reconciliations, and quarter-close activities

Own PO intake, validation, and tracking for assigned enterprise programs

Monitor PO burn vs delivered value; flag under-funding or over-delivery risks early

Partner with Sales and Ops to request PO increases, extensions, or amendments as needed

Maintain clear audit trails linking POs invoices revenue recognition.

Cross-Functional Partnership-

Act as financial counterpart to:

o Delivery PMs (execution reality)

o Finance & Accounting (revenue, billing, close)

Translate financial constraints into operationally actionable guidance.

Process Improvement & Scaling-

Standardize financial workflows across enterprise programs

Identify automation opportunities for billing, payments, and reporting

Reduce manual effort, error rates, and cycle time across financial operations.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, operations, economics, or related fields.

Experience:

2+ years in operations, finance operations, RevOps, or delivery management

Exposure to billing, revenue recognition, payments, or cost tracking in services or platform-based businesses

Experience working cross-functionally with Finance and Delivery teams.

Skills:

Strong financial and operational reasoning; able to connect numbers to delivery reality

Excellent spreadsheet and tracker discipline (forecasting, reconciliation, variance analysis)

Clear communicator with Finance, Ops, and non-financial stakeholders

Comfortable managing ambiguity across multiple concurrent programs

Strong attention to detail without losing sight of program-level impact

Confident escalation and risk articulation.

Additional Qualifications:

Near-native English with strong writing and editorial skills

Experience in AI data services, crowdsourcing platforms, or managed services

Familiarity with revenue recognition concepts (usage-based, milestone-based, staffing)

Experience supporting enterprise clients or large-scale delivery programs

Comfort working with BI dashboards, finance systems, or payment tooling

Experience in remote, globally distributed environments

Multilingual capability.
