As we expand, we&aposre looking for a highly driven Associate Project Manager to lead pilot execution and customer onboarding for our enterprise clients. This role is central to ensuring seamless implementation and cross-functional coordination from pilot to full-scale rollout.

What Youll Do:

Pilot & Implementation Ownership

Lead execution of pilot programs and onboarding implementations

Translate customer product requirements into internal workflows

Drive timelines and ensure smooth transitions from pilot to production

Internal Coordination & Execution

Collaborate with internal operations to plan delivery based on volume forecasts

Conduct detailed pre-implementation testing of workflows and reports

Align product, operations, and delivery teams to execute customer use cases accurately

Customer Communication & Expectation Management

Communicate directly with customer teams to gather onboarding requirements

Maintain clear and consistent communication loops

Act as a trusted partner by offering proactive insights and solutions

Problem Solving & Smart Execution

Own end-to-end delivery timelines and eliminate bottlenecks

Apply sound judgment and creativity to address customer challenges

What Were Looking For

Strong sense of ownership and execution mindset

Recent graduate (Bachelors in Technology or equivalent) from Tier 1 colleges

Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills

High-energy individual who thrives in fast-paced environments

Eagerness to learn about product, customer success, and the insurtech domain
