About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects with a strong focus on Cyber Security and Software Development/Engineering. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, ensuring on-time delivery, and driving projects from initiation to successful closure.
Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end project delivery across cyber security and software development initiatives
- Build, mentor, and manage cross-functional project teams (engineering, security, QA, stakeholders)
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
- Identify project risks (especially security and technical risks) and implement mitigation plans
- Monitor project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Ensure compliance with cyber security standards, policies, and best practices
- Provide regular status updates, reports, and post-project reviews to leadership
Requirements
- knowledge of Cyber Security concepts and frameworks
- Solid background in Software Development / Software Engineering projects
- Hand-on with any project management tools like Jira, Openproject etc.,
- Hands-on experience managing and leading teams to successful outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
