Roles & Responsibilities:
4+ years in any payments like SWIFT, RTGS, UPI, NEFT, IMPS, etc. in banking or product companies
- Understanding of at least 1 Payment flow RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, NACH, etc.
- Should have good understanding of message flow, formats, error code, etc.
- The person should in hands on in checking logs, queries, etc.
- Understanding of application running on cloud(ASW, VMware, etc.) and containerized technology(HP, RH, etc.)
- Exposure in handling Retail, corporate channels, Cash management and regulators.
- Good Analytical skills in understanding and explaining end to end payment journey
- Ability to own and managing payment product journey end to end from maintenance and hygiene prospective.
- Process oriented keeping ITL basics intact in your action.
- Understanding the technology risk and ability to manage deliveries with in the process.
- Preferably with Banking / NBFC / Fintech exposure on payment services.
- Experience in business Stakeholder/Vendor management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in managing multi product payment systems will be an advantage.
- The person should be well verse with standard process on RH, JBoss, Oracle, etc.
