We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional AI & Data projects with precision. In this role, you'll drive planning, execution, and deliverywhile building strong stakeholder alignment and ensuring client satisfaction. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
First 30 Days: Foundation & Orientation
- Understand goML's service offerings, delivery standards, and technology stack
- Get familiar with active projects, key clients, and internal workflows
- Learn project governance frameworks, escalation paths, and engagement protocols
- Build strong working relationships with delivery teams, stakeholders, and leadership
- Start aligning expectations and understanding delivery priorities
First 60 Days: Execution & Impact
- Own project planning and execution activities:
- scope definition
- resource allocation
- milestone planning
- dependency tracking
- risk and issue management
- Engage regularly with customers to:
- gather requirements
- provide project updates
- ensure alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate across internal teams (Engineering, Data Science, Product, QA) and external stakeholders
- Remove blockers and ensure project delivery within timelines, quality benchmarks, and budgets
- Manage Agile execution:
- sprint ceremonies
- client reviews
- retrospectives
- Maintain strong project documentation and reporting
First 180 Days: Ownership & Transformation
- Take complete ownership of multiple projects and ensure consistent on-time delivery
- Strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams with accountability and performance focus
- Implement process improvements to improve:
- delivery efficiency
- scalability
- project predictability
- Contribute to business growth by supporting:
- pre-sales discussions
- proposals
- onboarding of new customers (as needed)
What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)
Must-Haves
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in AI / Data / Software delivery domains
- Strong expertise in end-to-end project delivery:

- Proven ability to manage customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent client-facing skills:

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies:
