Associate Project Engineer – CAE (Altair HyperMesh / ANSYS Workbench)

Support and execute FEA projects using ANSYS Workbench and Altair HyperMesh based on customer requirements.

Perform linear and non-linear stress analysis, thermal analysis, and dynamic analysis (modal and forced response).

Conduct engineering calculations using fundamental mechanical engineering principles.

Validate simulation results through sanity checks and analytical calculations.

Interpret FEA results and provide design improvement recommendations considering manufacturing and cost aspects.

Troubleshoot and resolve simulation convergence or analysis-related issues.

Prepare technical documentation, reports, and simulation result summaries.

Coordinate with customers and internal teams for project communication and updates.
