Position: APM - Revenue
Role Overview: We are looking for an Associate Program Manager - Revenue to drive
execution of revenue and pricing programs across routes, corridors and regions. This role
focuses on planning, coordination, tracking and outcome ownership of revenue initiatives,
working closely with Pricing, Supply, Ops & Tech. The role will lead a team of 2-3 associates and ensure revenue programs deliver measurable improvements in pricing effectiveness, demand visibility and corridor level performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Program Ownership
Own end-to-end execution of revenue and pricing programs across corridors and routes
Drive pricing actions and fare revisions based on demand trends and performance gaps
Track Market Filled Rate vs internal performance and initiate corrective actions
Ensure revenue initiatives deliver clear and measurable business impact
Pricing & Performance Management
Coordinate daily and weekly pricing corridor reviews and ensure timely execution
Monitor advance booking behavior, booking windows and seasonality trends
Identify revenue leakages and drive closure with relevant teams
Build, maintain and enhance revenue dashboards, trackers and performance reports
Cross-Functional Program Management
Act as the central owner for revenue programs across Pricing, Supply, Ops & Tech.
Translate revenue objectives into clear tasks, timelines & ownership
Track progress, unblock dependencies & escalate risks proactively
Ensure alignment between planning and on-ground execution
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 revenue associates
Set priorities, review outputs and maintain high execution quality
Build a culture of ownership, discipline and data-driven execution
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
Prepare and present weekly and monthly revenue performance reviews
Communicate insights, risks and recommendations clearly to leadership
Ensure transparency on program progress and outcomes
Key Metrics You'll Own
Revenue uplift from pricing programs
Advance booking trends and booking window patterns
Deep understanding of routes, corridors and regional performance dynamics
Market demand patterns and seasonality insights
Route-wise and corridor-wise revenue performance
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Must-Have
2-4 years of experience in Program Management, Revenue, Pricing, Operations & Analytics
Strong execution mindset with ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives
High comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and performance dashboards
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive closure
Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
Good to Have
Experience in travel, mobility, logistics or marketplace businesses
Exposure to pricing frameworks or revenue management systems
Experience in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
