Role Description
We are hiring an Associate Program Manager to lead the implementation of enterprise-grade financial operations solutions for both new and existing clients. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and client delivery, and is ideal for someone who enjoys driving process excellence and solving complex operational challenges.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful, timely, and high-quality implementations, while delivering a strong customer experience throughout the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Understand their financial operations, requirements, and pain points to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Program & Project Management: Own end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and execution.
- Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyse existing financial operations workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimized processes using the platform. Drive continuous improvement through structured process mapping.
- Data Analysis: Work with large datasets to support accurate system configuration and integrations. Use SQL and analytical tools to derive insights and validate implementation outcomes.
- Problem Solving: Break down complex operational and technical challenges into structured solutions in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Process Excellence: Apply best practices in process management (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma concepts) to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Customer Success: Ensure a high-quality client experience through proactive communication, training, and timely issue resolution.
Essential Criteria
- 13 years of experience in project management, consulting, analytics, financial services, or software implementation
- Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience in data analysis and SQL
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and collaborating across teams
- Exposure to financial operations, finance systems, or enterprise software is a plus
- Experience with BI tools or low-code platforms is an added advantage
